Fuzzy Logic microprocessor controls continuously monitor chamber conditions and adjust in real time to maintain precise temperature uniformity over the full cycle duration. With working temperatures ranging from Ambient +5°C up to 250°C, the Ecocell adapts to varying laboratory and industrial applications with a durable stainless steel chamber to withstand demanding daily use.

With an AISI 304 stainless steel interior and five layers of insulation, the Ecocell is built to deliver durability, temperature uniformity, and efficient operation under demanding daily use. Ecocell ovens can also be equipped with an INTERPON coated chamber for protection against corrosive substances.

The ECO controller with Fuzzy Logic continuously monitors chamber conditions and adjusts temperature and airflow inputs in real time, maintaining stable temperatures and uniformity without overshooting the setpoint. Support for up to 9 programs with 2 segments each allows operators to manage essential test profiles for varying products and materials.

Gentle, Stable Heating Through Natural Gravity Convection

Low air turbulence and vibration protects sensitive materials during heating, drying, and curing.

Gravity convection relies on natural temperature differences within the chamber rather than mechanical airflow. Heating elements at the bottom of the chamber warm the surrounding air, causing the warm air to rise as cooler air sinks to take its place, creating a slow, continuous circulation throughout the chamber without the turbulent airflow of fans or forced ventilation. The result is stable, even temperature distribution that reduces particle movement, prevents sample contamination, and reduces power consumption.
