Pure

Available in clean or pure steam configurations. Clean steam models support general sterilization applications, while pure steam models meet USP pharmacopeia and WFI quality standards for applications requiring direct product contact.

Scalable

Configurable from 50 lbs/hr to more than 5,000 lbs/hr, the Genpro STS scales to meet the demands of any production environment. Deploy as an integrated steam source for a single sterilizer or as a centralized supply serving multiple pieces of equipment across your facility.

Reliable

ASME pressure vessel and sanitary 316L stainless steel construction resists rusting and rouging for long-term durability. Fast response times and tight steam pressure control without a pressure regulator ensure consistent performance for demanding production requirements.

Built for Consistent Steam Quality

ASME pressure vessel, fully drainable design, and non-proprietary components across cGMP, lab and food-grade configurations.

The Genpro STS is built around an ASME-certified pressure vessel available in either single or double-tube-sheet construction. All surfaces in contact with feedwater and generated steam are 316L stainless steel with sanitary connections for cGMP configurations. A fully drainable vessel and piping design prevents standing water buildup, eliminating the risk of bacterial growth that could compromise steam quality. Every unit is assembled with non-proprietary components and available in custom sizes and layouts to integrate cleanly into your specific facility.

The Genpro STS pressure vessel is available in single or double tube sheet construction. Double tube sheet construction is the standard specification for cGMP pharmaceutical applications, providing a physical barrier between the shell and tube sides that prevents cross-contamination in the event of a tube-to-tube sheet leak.

The vessel and piping system are designed to drain completely, eliminating any standing water that could harbor bacterial growth and compromise steam quality.

The automatic blowdown system continuously monitors feedwater conductivity to detect impurities and automatically purges dissolved solids from the vessel, minimizing scale buildup, improving operating efficiency, and reducing routine maintenance requirements.

Using plant steam as the heat source, the Genpro STS responds rapidly to changes in steam demand without the warm-up time associated with electric heating elements. Tight steam pressure control is maintained throughout operation without requiring a pressure regulator, ensuring consistent steam output and quality across varying demands.

Every Genpro STS is assembled with standard, non-proprietary components, keeping replacement parts accessible, competitively priced, and free from sole-source dependency over the life of the equipment.

Every Genpro STS ships with a pressure relief valve and fault monitoring system as standard, providing continuous protection against overpressure conditions and automatic detection of process anomalies.

Output capacity, vessel size, connections, and facility layout requirements are all configurable for seamless integration into your production environment without requiring facility modifications or process workarounds.

Pure Steam. No Additives. No Compromises.

For applications that demand the highest purity levels, the Genpro STS can be equipped with a separation device installed at the top of the evaporator. The separator forces the generated clean steam through a rigorous path, removing any residual moisture and impurities. The resulting pure steam is consistently dry and contaminant-free, meeting USP pharmacopeia and Water for Injection (WFI) quality standards for direct product contact and sterile pharmaceutical applications.

Intelligent Controls for Precise Steam Management

Industrial-grade PLC controls for reliable, monitored steam generation.

The Genpro STS is equipped with industrial-grade Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC controls that continuously monitor steam pressure and temperature to maintain consistent output. When integrated directly into a BMT USA sterilizer, the generator operates under full control of the sterilizer’s PLC, providing seamless steam quality management from a single operator interface. Optional feedwater conductivity monitoring provides an additional layer of steam quality oversight for applications requiring documented compliance.
  • Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC controls maintain precise steam pressure and temperature throughout operation.
  • Touchscreen HMI provides real-time monitoring and control with an optional secondary HMI for remote access.
  • Fully integrated into BMT USA sterilizer controls when deployed as an onboard steam source.
  • Optional feedwater and steam conductivity monitoring for continuous steam quality oversight.
  • Integrated data recording provides a secure, traceable log of system performance.
Special Application

Chemical residue and dirty plant steam have no place in your beer.

Modern breweries are turning to clean steam as a reliable, chemical-free solution for beer keg decontamination. Unlike traditional cleaning methods, clean steam leaves no chemical residue or off-flavors, ensuring your beer tastes exactly as intended batch after batch. BMT USA clean steam generators install directly into the keg refilling line, enabling continuous, automated decontamination without disrupting production flow. Replacing chemical cleaning agents with clean steam also reduces water consumption, chemical waste, and operating costs, supporting more sustainable and cost-efficient brewing operations.

Double-Tube Sheet Construction

A second outer tube sheet is added to fully separate the shell and tube sides of the heat exchanger, preventing cross-contamination in the event of a tube-to-tube sheet leak. Standard specification for cGMP pharmaceutical applications.
