Install Supervision & Commissioning

Supervised startup for confident operation

Our field service technicians will ensure your equipment is installed correctly and perform start-up and commissioning services to verify all components and features are functioning properly. The commissioning phase begins once the unit is installed and utilities are connected.
Reconnect all electrical and control wiring; inspect connections and verify proper supply voltage.
Inspect plumbing to confirm correct pressure, supply line size, and drain location.
Run test cycles to confirm proper operation and adjust settings as needed.
Provide operator and maintenance training on system use and basic troubleshooting.
Issue a comprehensive startup and training report upon completion.

Validation

BMT USA technicians execute IQ and OQ protocols, either BMT USA–supplied or client-provided, to verify correct installation and proper system operation.

Preventative Maintenance

BMT USA Preventative Maintenance Plans keep your equipment running reliably and reduce costly downtime. Each visit includes a full inspection, replacement of wear components, cleaning of steam traps and strainers, lubrication of moving parts, and a detailed service report with recommendations. Plans can be tailored to your facility’s usage and production schedule for optimal performance.
