The Friocell ECO Peltier is built to incubate samples, cultures, and microbiological specimens using thermoelectric cooling for accurate, vibration-free temperature control. With no refrigerant or moving parts, the Friocell ECO Peltier offers dependable, low-maintenance operation for demanding research and laboratory environments. Available in chamber sizes from 22 liters up to 707 liters, the Friocell ECO Peltier delivers consistent incubation for research, veterinary, and academic laboratories.

Accurate

Solid-state Peltier elements deliver fast, accurate temperature control across a range of 21°C below to 45°C above ambient on models 22 through 222, and 14°C below to 30°C above ambient on models 404 and 707.

Reliable

With no compressor, refrigerant lines, or moving parts, the Friocell ECO Peltier reduces maintenance requirements compared to traditional refrigerated incubators.

Quiet

Peltier cooling operates without the noise and vibration of a mechanical compressor, protecting sensitive samples and cultures from being disturbed.

With an AISI 304 stainless steel interior and five layers of insulation, the Friocell is built to deliver consistent performance and efficient operation under demanding daily use.

  • Standard 2″ stainless steel access port with 1″, 2″, and 4″ options available for routing sensors, probes, or external connections.

Adaptive Temperature Control

The ECO controller with Fuzzy Logic continuously monitors chamber conditions and adjusts temperature and airflow inputs in real time, maintaining stable temperatures and uniformity without overshooting the setpoint. Support for up to 9 programs with 2 segments each allows operators to manage essential test profiles for varying products and materials.

Solid-State Peltier Heating and Cooling

Precise temperature control via thermoelectric technology, with no compressor, refrigerant, or moving parts.

The Friocell ECO Peltier uses solid-state thermoelectric elements to both heat and cool the chamber, reversing the direction of electrical current to switch between modes. Forced air convection distributes the conditioned air evenly throughout the chamber, delivering consistent temperature uniformity without the compressor, refrigerant lines, or moving parts found in traditional refrigerated incubators.
