Friocell cooled incubators support precise temperature-controlled incubation and storage for BOD testing, seed germination, sample storage, and microbiological research, with active cooling and a patented forced air convection system to deliver consistent uniformity throughout the chamber. With a working temperature range from -20°C to 100°C, the Friocell adapts to a wide range of laboratory and research applications.

Uniform

Patented forced air convection system generates simultaneous vertical and horizontal airflow throughout the chamber, delivering even temperature distribution across all shelf positions for controlled incubation, sample storage, and testing.

Cooled

Active cooling capability maintains stable temperatures down to 0°C, supporting BOD testing, cold storage, and germination applications where precise low-temperature control is critical to result accuracy.

Microprocessor controls with Fuzzy Logic continuously adjust chamber inputs in real time to maintain stable conditions without overshoot.

  • Standard 2″ stainless steel access port with 1″, 2″, and 4″ options available for routing sensors, probes, or external connections.

The Friocell is available with two controller options to match the demands of your application. Both the ECO and EVO controllers use Fuzzy Logic to continuously monitor chamber conditions and adjust inputs in real time for precise, stable temperature control. The ECO offers straightforward programmability for essential testing needs, while the EVO adds a larger touchscreen display, graphic cycle visualization, and expanded program capacity for a wider range of incubation and storage profiles.

The patented forced air convection system generates simultaneous vertical and horizontal airflow that circulates from the bottom of the chamber to the top, simulating natural airflow principles.
