The Ventipro is built for durability and compliance in demanding pharmaceutical environments. A fully 316L stainless steel construction and precision-finished chamber surfaces support reliable cleanability and long-term corrosion resistance. High-performance fans drive the steam-air mixture through the chamber and around the load for precise, uniform temperature distribution. Thoughtful hygienic design minimizes contamination risk while reducing maintenance requirements, helping ensure consistent performance and extended service life.

The chamber vessel and door are constructed entirely from 316L stainless steel with no dissimilar metals, eliminating corrosion risk and ensuring long-term durability and cleanability in regulated production environments. Precision machined brackets retain the door on all four sides for smooth, consistent travel and a secure seal every cycle.

All process piping and fittings are constructed from 316L stainless steel with sanitary clamp connections sloped to drain with no dead legs, eliminating moisture traps, reducing contamination risk, and simplifying cleaning validation throughout the system.

Fully insulated chamber and piping systems maintain temperature setpoints throughout the cycle, minimize heat loss, and reduce energy and utility consumption without any impact on cycle performance.

High-performance fans intensify the circulation of the steam-air mixture throughout the chamber and around the load, ensuring precise, uniform temperature distribution. The fan wheel and all components mounted inside the chamber are constructed from 316L stainless steel. The motor is installed outside the chamber and connected to the fan wheel through a unique sealing system, simplifying inspections and maintenance without requiring access to the chamber interior.

Lubricant-free gaskets eliminate particle shedding into cleanrooms while extending service life. No lubricant means no contamination risk and less maintenance variables to manage in a regulated production environment.

Standard equipped on every Ventipro, non-contact photoelectric sensors provide instant obstruction detection and trigger immediate door reversal through the PLC, eliminating the mechanical contact points and wear components of traditional spring-loaded systems.

Steam-Air Mixture

Terminal sterilization of vials, ampoules, and syringes in sealed containers that are heat or pressure sensitive. Internal fans circulate the steam-air mixture for uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber while overpressure control protects sensitive containers from deformation or rupture during the cycle.

Pre-Vacuum with Drying

Sterilization of porous and dry goods, including wrapped materials, filters, linens, rubber stoppers, and filling line components. Alternating vacuum and steam pulses ensure thorough steam penetration throughout the load, followed by a rapid drying phase that leaves goods dry and ready for immediate use.

cGMP-compliant pure and clean steam generation available as an integrated or standalone solution for every production environment.

BMT USA steam generators are available in clean steam and pure steam configurations and can be integrated directly into the Ventipro or configured as a standalone centralized steam source. BMT USA is one of the only manufacturers offering integrated electric pure steam generators with a vertical vessel design, delivering full output capacity with a significantly reduced facility footprint.

BMT USA steam generators are available in clean steam configurations for general cGMP sterilization use or can be fitted with a pure steam separator to produce WFI-quality pure steam meeting the strictest pharmacopeial standards.

BMT USA pure and clean steam generators can be integrated directly into the Steripro for an all-in-one solution that simplifies installation, reduces utility connections, and minimizes facility footprint. Alternatively, the generator can be configured as a standalone centralized steam source serving multiple sterilizers across your facility.

BMT USA is one of the only manufacturers offering integrated electric pure steam generators with a vertical vessel design. Where most electric generators require a horizontal footprint, the vertical vessel can produce up to 400 lbs/hr of pure or clean steam @ 80 PSIG while using significantly less floor space, providing a meaningful advantage in space-constrained pharmaceutical production environments.

Validation Flange

Individually seals each thermocouple lead wire, allowing a single failed wire to be replaced without disturbing surrounding thermocouple seals, significantly reducing downtime during validation and maintenance. Available for 16 or 24 load probes with 1½” or 2″ tri-clamp validation port compatibility. Custom sizes available upon request.

Sterilizer Trays

Custom-designed and manufactured in 316L stainless steel to maximize chamber capacity and accommodate vials, ampoules, and other materials requiring specialized handling. Configured to your exact load and finished to your specifications.

Sterilizer Carts

316L stainless steel carts designed for loading materials, containers, and equipment into the sterilizer chamber. Compatible with transfer trolleys for floor-mounted units and pit-mounted configurations. Carts can be custom designed to match your load and workflow.

Transfer Trolleys

Provides a stable, level platform for moving loaded carts to and from the sterilizer. The cart locks securely to the trolley when away from the sterilizer and releases only when the trolley is docked flush with the chamber rails, ensuring smooth, safe transfer every cycle.

Heated Air Option

Assists in drying hard-to-dry loads such as rubber stoppers and double-wrapped bags. Chamber air passes through an electrically heated heat exchanger and a 0.2-micron filter before entering the chamber, improving drying performance without compromising sterility.

Clean Steam Sample Port

Integrated into the sterilizer or standalone steam generator, this system includes a condenser, conductivity meter, and probe installed on the pure steam outlet. A sample port allows condensed steam samples to be collected for quality testing and compliance documentation.

Steam Separator

Removes residual moisture and liquid droplets from clean steam to improve steam quality and dryness before it enters the sterilization chamber. Ensures consistent, dry saturated steam for reliable cycle performance and load protection.
Steam Sterilizer Seismic Leveling Feet

Seismic Leveling Feet

Adjustable leveling feet with a 360° pivoting ball joint for positioning on uneven surfaces without lifting the unit. Includes floor-bolt holes for securing the sterilizer in seismic zones.
