BMT USA has begun constructing a mixture of nine cGMP and custom laboratory sterilizers for a customer with multiple facilities. The pictured unit is a large 49”x 86” x 86″ BSL-3 decontamination sterilizer designed to be pit mounted, which allows for floor level loading. The unit is slated to be installed in the customer’s vaccine research facility and features a fully welded bioseal compliant with BSL-3 requirements, along with an Allen Bradly CompactLogix PLC that provides programming flexibility and precise process repeatability. This sterilizer was fully customized to meet customer project specifications and is manufactured with the highest quality stainless steel materials.
