BMT USA has begun constructing one of nine cGMP and custom laboratory sterilizers for a customer with multiple facilities. The pictured unit is destined for the customers vaccine facility and is a large 49”x 86” x 86″ BSL-3 decontamination sterilizer custom designed to be installed in a pit, which allows for floor level loading. The sterilizer also features a fully welded BSL-3 bio-seal along with an Allen Bradly CompactLogix PLC for greater flexibility when programing cycles. This sterilizer was fully customized to meet customer project requirements and is manufactured with only the highest quality stainless steel materials.
