Natural Gravity Convection Ovens, Coated Chamber
DUROCELL® chambers are coated with INTERPON to protect against aggressive and corrosive substances such as acids or alkaline liquids. Through the use of natural gravity convection, DUROCELL® dry heat ovens do not produce any noise or vibration while providing gentle air flow and even temperature distribution. DUROCELL® dry heat ovens are an ideal solution for drying sensitive materials such as light powders and compounds, while also being suitable for industrial material quality and durability testing applications and sterilizing glassware and laboratory media.

DUROOCELL® dry heat ovens are equipped with a pharmaceutical grade AISI 304 stainless steel chamber with a double wall construction to prolong life expectancy. The inner chamber features a seamless, rounded corner design and is fully removable for easier cleaning and sterilization. The door of the chamber employs a patented 4-point closing system that seals the door to the chamber gasket and enables hands-free opening and closing.

ECO Digital Controller
The BMT ECO digital controller utilizes fuzzy logic to assess process data, including operating temperature, chamber size, and other controlled elements. Based on the assessed data, the controller can make continuous adjustments to input values, such as heating intensity or cooling, to optimally regulate internal chamber conditions. The ECO digital controller can quickly ramp up to the exact temperature set point without overshooting, minimizing the time required to reach set process parameters. The result is reduced overall cycle time, power consumption, and recovery times after opening the chamber door(s).

Natural Gravity Convection System
Natural gravity convection heating system operates with no noise or vibration and provides gentle airflow and even temperature distribution throughout the chamber. The lack of a fan inside the chamber also reduces particle movement and power consumption.
