3-Circuit Fanless Direct Heat System

CO2cell incubators create constant and reproducible conditions for cell and tissue culture growth. The 3-circuit direct heating system operates without a fan, significantly reducing vibration and the risk of cross-contamination. A precise CO2 infrared sensor with high stability provides reliable and accurate measurements. A sealed inner glass door allows for inspecting samples without affecting conditions within the chamber.

Pharmaceutical-Grade Stainless Steel Chamber

CO2cell incubators are equipped with a pharmaceutical grade AISI 304 stainless steel chamber with a double wall construction to prolong life expectancy. The inner chamber features a seamless, rounded corner design and is fully removable for easier cleaning and sterilization. The door of the chamber employs a patented 4-point closing system that seals the door to the chamber gasket and enables hands-free opening and closing.

CO2cell incubators have been independently evaluated for the effectiveness of its 200°C sterilization cycle against all spores and bacteria commonly associated with possibly being present in laboratory incubators. The cycle was proven effective against Geobacillus Stearothermophilus spores, Aspergillus spores, and Bacillus Atrophaeus spores. The equipped IR drift free CO² sensor does not need to be removed during the 200°C sterilization cycle.
