3-Circuit Fanless Direct Heat System + Optional O2 Control

CO2cell comfort incubators combine a 3-circuit, fan-less direct heating system with optional Tri-Gas O2 control to create constant and reproducible conditions for cell culturing. The direct heating system operates without a fan, eliminating turbulent airflow and vibrations, preventing the risk of cross-contamination. A standard equipped Vaisala infrared CO2 sensor provides accurate measurements of CO2 concentration over the full duration of the incubation cycle. A sealed inner glass door allows for inspecting samples without affecting conditions within the chamber.

Vaisala Drift-Free Infrared CO2 Sensor

The Vaisala drift-free infrared CO2 sensor provides accurate carbon dioxide measurements to ensure samples are incubating at the correct concentration levels. The sensor does not require any additional auto-referencing or zeroing to prevent drifting of the CO2 calibration.

200°C Sterilization Cycle

CO2cell incubators have been independently evaluated for the effectiveness of its 200°C sterilization cycle against all spores and bacteria commonly present in laboratory incubators. The cycle was proven effective against Geobacillus Stearothermophilus spores, Aspergillus spores, and Bacillus Atrophaeus spores. The equipped Vaisala infrared CO2 sensor does not need to be removed during the sterilization cycle.

Chamber Construction

Pharmaceutical-Grade Stainless Steel

CO2cell standard incubators are constructed with a seamless pharmaceutical-grade AISI 316 stainless steel chamber with rounded corners for easier cleaning and sterilization. The chamber door is equipped with a patented 4-point closing system that seals the door to the chamber gasket and enables hands-free opening and closing. A heated inner glass door eliminates condensation and allow for viewing samples without affecting conditions within the chamber.
